										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Dr. Xinyi Tu</strong>, a former visitor to our lab, has recently presented work she conducted during her visit to Cambridge at the prestigious 33rd <a href="https://ieeevr.org/2026/">IEEE Conference on Virtual Reality and 3D User Interfaces</a> (IEEE VR). 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Over the last year, four students from the <em>MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture, and Management at</em></span><span style="font-size: 16px;"><em> the Institute for Manufacturing</em> (IfM), namely, Adya Hegde, Za Baylis, Andrew Pasco, and Neeraj Jain, carried out their theses as part of the Cyber-Human Lab (CHL) under the direct supervision of <a href="https://cyberhuman.io/team-members/slawomir-tadeja/">Dr Sławomir Tadeja</a> and <a href="https://cyberhuman.io/team-members/thomas-bohne/">Dr Thomas Bohné</a>. </span><span class="C9DxTc ">All four theses were carried out as part of a collaboration between the Cyber-Human Lab (CHL) in Cambridge and the <a href="https://leapgroup.mit.edu/">MIT Learning Engineering Practice (LEAP) Group</a>. </span></p>
<p dir="ltr">We are proud to say that all the results of these student-led projects have been translated into scientific manuscripts currently undergoing peer review. One of the thesis projects, by <strong>Adya Hegde</strong>, has already been published:</p>
