Jessica Horn, a 3rd year PhD student under the supervision of Thomas Bohné, will be visiting Harvard University from January to June 2024. As a visiting researcher, Jessica will join the Digital Reskilling Lab, part of the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard and Harvard Business School. The Digital Reskilling Lab is led by Raffaella Sadun, Charles Edward Wilson Professor of Business Administration and Jorge Tamayo, Assistant Professor of Business Administration.
During her time in Boston, Jessica will work on a project with one of the largest automotive companies, investigating digital up-and-reskilling programs for workers and how these can be designed and set up successfully.
