Sebastian Heidrich

Postgraduate Student

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and was awarded a “Bachelor with Honours”-certificate from Ruhr-University Bochum. During his undergraduate studies, he worked as a student research assistant and did an exchange semester at the University of Sheffield. Sebastian completed an internship in an R&D project of the Powertrain Solutions department at Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart-Feuerbach.

 

Currently, he is studying for an “MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture, and Management” (ISMM) degree at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) of the University of Cambridge.

 

Under the supervision of Dr Thomas Bohné and Dr Sławomir Tadeja, Sebastian is working on his postgraduate research dissertation in the area of human-robot collaboration (HRC).
