Petteri Strömberg is studying his master’s degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management at the Institute for Manufacturing. He is conducting his MPhil dissertation research at the Cyber-Human Lab under the supervision of Thomas Bohné.
Petteri’s background is in software development. He started as a game developer hobbyist at the age of 14 and has since earned a degree in Information Technology (BSc with distinction at Tampere University, Finland), worked as a developer in multiple projects at Nokia (incl. Virtual Reality, Cloud Computing and DevOps), co-founded a game development start-up and built software for the Finnish Navy.
Apart from technology, Petteri is interested in policymaking as well as sustainability, equality and entrepreneurship. He is a sauna and beer enthusiast who loves to cook, sing and build with his hands.
