The Institute of Manufacturing of the University of Cambridge held its yearly PhD conference in May 2022. Our CHL first-year PhD student Jessica Horn, under the supervision of our lab head Thomas Bohné, won the best conference poster award. Their research looks at the voice of the workers and how operators on the shop floor can be empowered when a company decides to introduce technologies such AR, VR or wearables into their operations. Congratulations to Thomas and Jessica on this success!
